July 4th

This 4th of July was a very interesting one. We did the whole usual..BBQ/swim thing, but this year it was different. Uncle Mike came down to visit! We were having alot of fun getting to know him all over again, since it's been so long since he's been here to visit. We got to check out his sweet new tats! A little while into the evening...our Uncle Tim AND Melanie were coming to visit. Having them here was a blast. Uncle Tim is such a hoot, we always have so much fun with him and we love him. And Melanie...oddly enough Melanie and I have alot in common. She's a sweetheart. All we needed was our Uncle Calhoun to make the night complete! But a phone call to him kinda added him to the party! That night we all piled in two cars and went to the top of the hill, sat and watched the fireworks, and talk and laughed. It was a simple night, but alot of fun. Sometimes we wonder...what would we ever do without those great extra parts of our family that really just add so much to our lives.
