It's amazing what some paint, new appliances, and laying tile will do to a place.

Now time to fill it with furniture and invite the masses!
We also became and Aunt & Uncle for the 9th time today! Allan & Misti are now proud parents! We also wanted to give a shout out to Aunt Kathy! WE LOVE YOU!!
